Cancellations and non-attendance

All payments are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the start of the event, less $100 administration fee. 

50% refunds are available between 31-59 days prior to the start of the event, less $100 administration fee. 

Purchases are non-refundable within 30 days of the start of the event.

To cancel and/or seek a full or partial refund please contact education@birthforhumankind.org

If you are unable to attend due to illness (eg. COVID) and can provide a relevant medical certificate, you will be eligible to transfer onto other course dates within the next 12 months. 

To notify us of non-attendance due to illness, and to reschedule training dates, please contact education@birthforhumankind.org as soon as possible. 

Non-attendance without notification more than 24 hours in advance, result in forfeiting payment.
